Bij pO2 < 70 mm Hg of 8-9 kPa toevoegen prednison:
dag 1-5 2 dd 40 mg;
dag 6-10 2 dd 20 mg;
dag 11-14 1 dd 20 mg
Totale behandelduur 14-21 dagen
Na behandeling zo nodig secundaire profylaxe starten
