General comments
Voor voriconazol therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM) verrichten, zie https://zhz.adult.swabid.nl/node/446619
Er wordt geadviseerd om altijd de internist-infectioloog of arts-microbioloog bij de behandeling te betrekken.
Er kan oraal uitbehandeld worden met voriconazol per os 200mg 2dd.
De totale behandelduur is minimaal 4 weken, maar in de praktijk vaak 6-12 weken.
