General comments
Lokale behandeling met oogdruppels is niet meer noodzakelijk. Systemische behandeling wordt sterk aangeraden, omdat oculaire infecties meestal in combinatie voorkomen met genitale infecties (Van der Haar, 2010). Om ‘pingponginfecties’ te voorkomen moeten de huidige partners geïnformeerd en getest worden.
